The Retirement Security Project at the Brookings Institution will host an event about Canadian and American retirement systems and the possibility of national retirement reform in the United States. Speakers include Hassan Yussuff, president of the Canadian Labour Congress; David C. John, deputy director of the Retirement Security Project; Jim Keohane, president and CEO of the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan; Alex Mazer, founding partner of Common Wealth; and William Gale, co-director of the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center.
