December 12 Webinar – Identifying Expiring Affordable Homes with the National Housing Preservation Database

In the next five years, nearly 500,000 federally subsidized apartments and rental homes will reach the end of their current subsidy contracts. While many of them will remain in affordable housing stock, others could be permanently lost, putting thousands of low-income families at risk. The National Low-Income Housing Coalition will host a webinar on how to use the National Housing Preservation Database to identify these at-risk properties, including state-by-state profiles.
